Project 365—Week 47

This week’s photos are, once again, a random representation of my week. That said, I could have easily included more than 3 sewing related images. I did a heck of a lot of sewing this week!

    • He’s getting better about sharing. I’m using it a lot now. Would you believe I stopped going to the gym two weeks ago? Fatigue/exhaustion got the better of me. I tried cutting back on the intensity, duration and frequency of my gym workouts, but it wasn’t helping. It was taking me 4-5 days to recover from my workouts. I’m “resting” with yoga.

      • I had a long gym break this winter. After Thailand it took me a couple of months to get back in th rhythm: time, sickness, fatigue, darkness. Now I’ve been back in the gym for a while and I’m also starting with a PT next month. 😘

      • I expect it will take me more than a couple of months to recover. I was off the gym for nearly a year after the last time I was trying to recover from exhaustion.

    • I have a soft spot for lighthouses too. There was one on the property next to my grandparents’ house (who lived just two houses from mine). For the first 18 years of my life, I saw a light house every time I looked out my bedroom window. The one in this photo is a 10 minute walk from where I live now.
